Friendly staff, free upgrade, helpful. Well-decorated room, comfortable. Stocked kitchen, spacious lounge, highlight spa bath with TV and stereo. Convenient location near bars, restaurants, supermarkets, and transportation. 2 coffee shops for morning coffee.

The location was great, near Grand Via. Transportation was easily accessible. Plenty of coffee shops nearby. Spacious and modern bedrooms. Lovely bars and tapas within reach. Excellent breakfast with homemade bread. Central location, close to Gran Via. Wonderful decor in the apartment.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, right in the center of everything. It was so convenient to be close to all the tourist areas and downtown. The service was excellent, with amenities like dry cleaning and laundry available. The room was well-equipped with ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, and a mini-bar. The sitting area and dining table were a nice touch, and I loved the patio outside. The rooms were soundproofed, ensuring a quiet and peaceful stay. The free toiletries and fully stocked kitchen were a great bonus. Plus, the flat-screen TV was perfect for relaxing after a long day of sightseeing. The staff were friendly and attentive, making me feel right at home.
I would definitely recommend this place to my friends. The location is amazing and the service and amenities provided are top-notch.

This accommodation is perfectly located for exploring the city, with easy access to all the main tourist attractions and amenities. It is right in the city center and close to downtown. You will find supermarkets, bakeries, bars, and restaurants just steps away. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable, providing a quality stay experience.
The kitchen facilities were basic and lacking in some necessary items, such as a corkscrew and wine glasses.

The hotel was very clean and we felt safe. The location was perfect, with supermarkets, chemists, bakeries, bars. we were only 50 yards from the nearest metro stop, making it easy to explore the city. Within a 5-minute walk, we were able to reach Gran Via and Plaza de Espana, two popular tourist areas.
